Background: As a growth-minded leader in wealth management, Ewelina Caplap is dedicated to enhancing the financial well-being of Coastal Credit Union members. Serving as the Vice President and Program Manager with Coastal Wealth Management, Ewelina has committed nearly 10 years to Coastal, focusing on personalized financial planning and education with her team to support members' financial goals.
Approaching 20 years in the financial planning industry, Ewelina brings a comprehensive background in marketing, operations, strategy, and compliance to drive Program growth.
She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Systems. As a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), she brings a wealth of expertise to her role. Additionally, Ewelina is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and holds her FINRA Series 7, 66, 9, and 10 licenses through LPL Financial.
